The Opportunity Grow Material Handling Industry revenues within Government account portfolios and major accounts.

Establish, develop & maintain mutually beneficial relationships with govt.

customers to ensure long-term growth & profitability measured by order input, revenue, year-over-year revenue growth, share of wallet growth & customer satisfaction.

Owns the responsibility for the development, expansion and maximization of account penetration & profitable growth of assigned govt.

accounts (range to 100 million in revenue & growth potential).

The Role Responsible for the quality of Government contract growth & retention Reviews and provide input on major client opportunities while ensuring alignment with overall vertical strategy Responsible for forecasting, delivering and adjusting accounts working towards success against contract terms Works in cooperation with Marketing and the BD Group for the research and development of insights into the account marketplace including assisting with new client business opportunities Coordinates with the Business Development group to identify and capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Full compliance to Impact sales process and installed CRM tools (Salesforce) Initiates and coordinates the development & implementation of programs which directly support both strategic & operational service needs of the customer & Wajax company objectives including process improvements, service model changes, cost reduction programs & customer tool introductions to achieve government and Major Account Goals Monitors and evaluates relevant industry intelligence including project plans, regulatory rulings, investor presentations, competitor activity, ownership changes etc.

Leads the Core Government Account Team to develop and maintain account business plans according to the defined processes that include a 3 5 year account strategy based on key customer analysis and aligned to the strategic goals of the key customer, operational plan to execute the account strategy and secures the necessary resources to achieve it.

Must be able to present to many diverse groups, internally and externally Must have excellent project management skills with extreme attention to detail and timeliness of closing dates The Candidate Education: Bachelor degree / College diploma Work Experience: 5 years of strategic sales experience with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals Knowledge: Leadership level industry experience and knowledge of market including drivers, challenges, competitive landscape, trends ; Advanced business management knowledge with deep understanding of planning, reporting, forecasting, financing, operations.
