Ottawa, OntarioTHE OPPORTUNITYThe Director, Product Marketing will play a fundamental role in developing and maturing how we connect our story to the market.

At TechInsights, you’ll work with our sales and marketing departments, along with experts in logic, memory, image sensing, mobile, IoT, power, and automotive to explain the value of our portfolio and bring our products to market.Reporting to the VP, Product, you will own sales enablement and our go-to-market strategy across all products and services.OUR STORYTechInsights is the global leader in semiconductor and advanced technology analysis, supporting a fair marketplace where intellectual property can be protected and monetized.

Our detailed analyses and data are available to customers through our proprietary platforms and tools, and our technology intelligence is used to further the innovation of semiconductors, which are at the heart of all technology.What You Will DoDefine and execute our Product Marketing disciplineEnable SalesSupport them with appropriate tools and trainingHelp them scale by developing and cross-pollenating expertise around qualification and communication of valueAct as their advocate within the Product organizationUnderstand, document, and improve the sales processAmplify Product ManagementWork with Product Managers to refine product positioningHelp define the personas involved in buying and using our productsFormalize best practices in identifying and leveraging the Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM)Support MarketingCollaborate in developing a Marketing PlanCoordinate on outreach activities, events, and similarPlan for revenue retention and growthLaunch products and servicesAct as the ultimate Product-side owner for all externally-visible product/service contentManage the Product Marketing teamCoordinate with Product Managers to complete Product Marketing deliverablesOrganize, mentor, and grow the teamWhat You Have10+ years of Product Marketing and Product Management experienceUndergraduate degree in a field related to high-technology (computer science, engineering) or relevant work experienceMBA or graduate business degree desired but not mandatoryProven success in driving revenue, working with Sales, and working with MarketingAbility to effectively work with clients and internal teams to distill feedback and drive consensusHigh level of comfort presenting in front of groups and C-level audienceDemonstrated ability to achieve objectives independentlyKnowledge of semiconductor industry, and/or technologies and concepts related to Intellectual Property, IoT, automotive, consumer electronics, and mobile are assetsWHY WORK WITH USCompetitive pay and lucrative benefits (medical, dental, vision, RRSP matching)Flexible vacationStrong sense of camaraderie, mutual respect and shared goals amongst colleaguesProfessional development encouragement and well being support from managementTransparent and visionary leadership driving company successTechInsights is committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities.
