The Project Manager duties will include but are not limited to: Assuring all projects are completed according to design and specifications while maintain deadlines and budgetsAssisting in the creation and implementation of safety procedure as well as chairing safety committee meetingsCreating progress reports throughout the project for key stakeholdersCoordinating all relevant inspections The successful candidate will have the following: At least 5 years in residential construction as a Site SuperA degree/diploma or other relevant certifications in a construction related fieldExcellent communication and problem-solving skills Our client is a well-known developer across Ontario having over 50 years of experience building communities across the GTA.
