We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Role Description As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide high impact leadership on strategic Projects and Programs.

The Project Manager works effectively with external parties, cross-organization stakeholders and keeps the project team on track, motivated and engaged.

This is a senior professional role that combines strong project management, Business relationship and change management skills.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.

Ensuring consistency with company strategy, application development methodologies, IT risk controls and standards, program goals and adherence to quality standards and project management best practices.

What you will do: Project Management (50%): Working closely with the Portfolio head, business sponsor(s) and project team to develop detailed integrated project plans, demonstrating strong financial and project acumen (including cost estimates, budget, and resource requirements).

Applying appropriate estimation models.

Performs risk planning and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), including risk identification and risk response planning.

Independently leads medium to large projects under limited supervision, following application development methods and implementation approaches (waterfall, agile, iterative).

Proactively works to resolve issues and remove roadblocks across project teams, proactively identifies potential issues before negatively impacting the project.

Confidently leads and facilitates project meetings/scrums ensuring a high degree of communication and documentation are provided; meeting materials, distribute meeting minutes, update program scorecards.

Coaching project managers and cross discipline roles on strategies, methods, processes, tools and approaches.

Responsible to oversee correct deliverables from project resources.

Manage project resources including onboarding, developing, motivating, coaching and advising.

Successfully plan, execute, control and close projects against defined scope and budge.

Contributes to the development and enhancement of PM best practices, tools and techniques.

Serve as the single point of contact for Stakeholders, while working collaboratively with business stakeholders, Consultants, and technical resources.

Prepare presentations to steering committees or project sponsors, ensuring high visibility of issues, financial, scope, risk and issue management.

Work with third party vendors to develop integrated project plans, ensuring vendors meet deliverables on schedule and budget.

Project Tracking & reporting (50%): Working with risk and security areas, ensure that necessary Project and Program risk assessments are created, reviewed, and monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion.

Ensures project documentation is up to date for all Business and technology documents (kick off, Charters, change management, implementation/cut over plans, decommissioning activities etc).

Develops initial project budget and ensures proper mechanisms are in place to manage project change and associated costs proactively.

Efficiently communicate to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress.

Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements.

Identifies and documents scope changes for change request documentation and approval management.

Maintains hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are completed and on-time.

Able to develop professional presentations and dashboards for a variety of audiences (Executives, Operations, Core Teams, etc.) to show schedule, financials and resources consumption (e.g.

Burn Rates, slippage, etc.) Required skills and abilities: PMP certified 6-10 years in project management, leading software implementation/configuration of cloud-based HR or related solutions.

2-3 years’ experience managing projects involving integrations, data migration, or complex technical landscapes A good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, technology projects, SAP Project Management methodologies (Activate) or related AGILE methods (Scrum) Demonstrated experience managing project teams, providing coaching and /or feedback to resources.

Superior ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide excellent leaderships skills Strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations; keeps meetings clearly focused on the agenda.

Drives results and changes processes to improve performance; creates a culture of accountability Ability to manage changing priorities/tight deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situations Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to translate complex technical subject matter in business terms for executive audiences, succinctly and professionally.

Ability to work in a virtual team environment, facilitating and contributing to work across geographies and across other functional teams Desired qualifications: Experience with Treasury and Banking initiatives, Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP) or business/transformation initiatives Prince2, Agile, and/or SCRUM Certification Preference given to candidates with experience implementing SaaS/cloud applications (e.g.
