About the Role Willowglen Systems is looking for a full-time Senior Account Manager to join our talented Sales team.

The Senior Account Manager will report to our VP of Global Enterprise Sales and will be responsible for maximizing revenues within our install base while improving the customer’s experience during the entire business lifecycle.

Key to this role is having superb external and internal stakeholder management skills and a detailed understanding of strategy and portfolio management, matched with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

Travel Required: 25% mostly in the Americas Remuneration: Salary Commission (TBD) Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed recurrent revenue yearly goals Produce, implement, and update Account Management Plans for all key accounts Gather and share voice of the client Ensure client satisfaction and engagement Conflict resolution from client issue escalations Expand the share of wallet per account Sponsor any warranty and/or service initiatives Sales or Account Management Training and/or Certifications are preferred Other IT/OT/Software Development Training and/or Certifications are welcome Understanding of the SCADA and other automation technologies is a definite asset Advanced and reliable network of business contacts Preferred Skills Knowledge of the IT and/or OT sectors Comfortable managing both internal and external stakeholders Collaborator and strong communicator High degree of personal ethics and integrity Highly organized with strong time management Advanced conflict resolution abilities Are you up for the challenge?
