Recognized for itsSummaryThe Validation Manager will oversee Sectigo’s validation team and process for all publicly issued certificates.

Reporting to the VP of Support Operations, this role will ensure that certificate validation conforms to both CA/B Forum Baseline Requirements and Sectigo’s CPS.

This role will also ensure that all contact with the customer affirms the value of Sectigo’s Validation Services while achieving efficiency and productivity goals while working to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage Sectigo’s certificate validation process and teams.Manage the team to provide superior performance and efficiency.Provide regular agent performance reporting as required.Ensure that each contact with the customer affirms the value of Sectigo’s Validation service.Achieve efficiency and productivity goals.Improve validation systems by reporting design and reliability problems and enhancements to development through the proper channels.Interpret and apply Cab Forum Baseline Requirements to real world scenarios in various global jurisdictions.Pursue quality and continuous improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends and compliance requirements.Compile weekly, quarterly, and annual reports and metrics.

Provide data and reporting of KPI’s and trends to management.Develop and manage validation staff members, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.Work to continuously improve existing validation processes by providing new and innovative ideas.Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.QualificationsEDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExpert knowledge of CA/B Forum Baseline Requirements with respect to certificate validation and issuanceEXPERIENCE: 3-5 years related work experience1-3 years relevant management experience in the industrySKILLS AND ABILITIES:Computer literacy skills must include use of e-mail, databases and word processing applicationsStrong communication and organization skills, with attention to detail and must be able to multi-taskSuperior customer service skills Demonstrated leadership, staffing and ability to manage geographically disperse teamsExcellent analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to effectively supervise and coach and mentor personnelOutstanding leadership capabilities, with ability to lead, hire, train, develop and motivate a team Proven ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work due to changing business/client requirementsAbility to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing and present information to individuals or groupsPromote a cooperative work environment by presenting a professional and responsive attitudeAbility to think strategically and deal effectively with competing priorities and demandsPowered by JazzHRk18At7zFfj
