This is a Contract position in Ottawa, ON posted May 17, 2018.

The incumbent of this position must have a genuine interest in being part of an organization that is committed to the health and well-being of women. They must support the well-being of the greatest amount of people with healthy, natural, sustainable, and environmentally-friendly high-end skin-care products. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales districts, increasing sales, and spreading the Davincia brand within Canada (outside of the province of Quebec) by building an efficient, dynamic and mobilized sales network.


More specifically you will have to:

  • Ensure sales growth through the use of innovative strategies
  • Build and develop a mobilized sales team (approximately 5 people)
  • Inspire and support Davincia brand ambassadors (training, coaching, claims management)
  • Develop and maintain new business opportunities and partnerships throughout Canada (outside of Quebec)
  • Organize and actively participate in all business development activities (demonstrations / VIP events / workshops / annual seminars, congresses, and trade shows)
  • Maintain and improve development strategies and tools
  • Have a sustained interest in providing superior aesthetic and naturally healthy solutions
  • Provide effective continuous feedback to the administration
  • Collaborate on implementing a social media strategy
  • Assist with a wide variety of operational tasks, as required, to support the administration

Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a sales team in a predominantly female-dominated field with at least 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Bilingual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Mastery of standard IT tools (Google Drive, Office Suite, CRM, Skype)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and a have a motor vehicle

Working conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • Majority of the work day is spent on the road
  • Variable hours
  • Base salary with commissions (as a % of results achieved)
