Every day, you will: Provide customers with the best solutions and offer guidance on how 3Z Dental assets can further help them meet their needs, now and in the future, using knowledge you will gain about our product.

Deliver outstanding service and/or sales support with minimal to moderately complex transactions related to dental products and services with the aim to provide complete and correct solutions the first time.

Play a key role in addressing customer concerns and be accountable for problem-solving and/or raising matters to the appropriate people.

Work towards achieving set goals while being an ambassador for innovation by offering exceptional customer services and trusted advice.

Work effectively as a team, use and learn from each other’s knowledge and support your co-workers to resolve customer issues, and improve the efficiency of the advice team We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Our Inside Sales representative’s job responsibilities include:
· Relationship Building
· Accurate order entry
· Payment processing
· Up selling
· Customer service
· Answering phone calls in a professional manner Successful candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with and/or knowledge of building materials and their related applications is required.

You will need to be well organized, reliable and a self starter capable of working in a fast-paced team environment Requirements:
· Some University or college
· High School Diploma
· Shifts Range between: 8:30 a.m.

– 6 p.m.

Preferably French Speaking but not mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Base Plus 1% Commission
