Our client, in Ottawa is seeking a Operations Supervisor to join their team.. The ideal candidate will plan and organize production according to production schedule, assist and motivate the production team in achieving production goals and objectives.

Pay: $52-$58, 000
What’s the Job?
- Planning, prepare orders, setting quality standards and estimating timescales and costs.
- Control, monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if a problem occurs
- Supervision- managing production associates, organizing staff and making sure targets are met.
What’s Needed?
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in operations management or business management may be advantageous.
- Proven work experience in the relevant department.
- Experience in implementing operational processes.
