Focused on growing their marketing organization and bolstering their brand presence in the market, Osgoode is committed to enabling this role to directly impact the success of the organization, in order to facilitate both personal and organizational growth.Summary of the role As the Director of Marketing and Leasing, you will be collaboratively setting the strategic direction of the marketing and leasing department.Developing, implementing and executing on advertising (both digital and non-digital), you will be professionalizing data collection strategies, modernizing and enabling real time tracking, and evolving and building a data driven marketing and leasing department.

Being tasked with weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting, you will be managing departmental budgets and spending.

Curating the customer service and resident experience, you will be participating in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives, as well as implementing marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects as needed.

You will be building strong ongoing community pieces with current residents, organizing events, and ensuring excellent resident retention through outstanding customer service and brand identity.

As the role title would suggest, you will be tasked with guiding the leasing organization at Osgoode, as well.

Managing the workflow of Osgoode’s leasing and call center agents, you will be responsible for call center employees and leasing and administration employees across Ontario, Gatineau, Kingston and Alberta.

While effectively managing individuals will be a critical function of this role, you will be working collaboratively and cross-functionally, and you will have managerial and scheduling support as needed.

As a Director of Marketing and Leasing, you are an active member of the leadership team.

Not only will you focus on strategic planning and goal setting for the marketing and leasing department, but you will also ensure the overall operations are in line with corporate goals and branding.

You will bring a confident understanding of creating and implementing systems and be able to use this to create strong relationships with your internal teams as well as leasing agents.
