Integration Practice Leader, the primary responsibility of the Integration Solutions Leader is to develop and harness innovative and scalable solutions on MuleSoft platform and be the liaison for client serving stakeholders and practice support service groups.

Develop solution concepts, architecture, drive POCs with an eye on big picture and impact to client business environment.

Needs to operate efficiently in a large matrixed organization.

Adept in working with globally distributed teams in onshore/offshore delivery model.

The individual must bring deep passion for learning and leveraging cloud and digital technologies for innovation and for creation of new revenue models.

Description : As an Integration Practice Leader, which provides Cloud, DevOps, Mulesoft and Agile related professional services to accounts and clients around the globe.

Our Architects are responsible for playing a key role in architecting the digital ecosystem for the world’s leading business and organizations and also for leading, designing and implementing innovative digital software solutions.

What you will do/ Day to Day Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and grow cross-functional, multi-level software teams towards a comprehensive vision for Cloud Integration.

Evangelize Cloud Native, Agile, DevOps and CI/CD to all levels of management, peers and organizations especially to those who aren’t used to those concepts.

Work closely with and inspire CXO level executives in major client organizations.

Advance Capgemini’s market position and service delivery excellence.

Aligning technology efforts to inspire and impact business outcomes.

Be seen as role model in your community.

Be part of the GTM team to support and orchestrate deals in application modernization and Business transformation.

Required Skills and Experience: Qualification: Minimum 10 years’ experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

2-3 years hands on experience developing innovative applications, leading agile teams preferably in Product centric delivery models, and providing leadership for cloud computing transformations.

Experience explaining complex technical concepts to an executive audience.

Hands on experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure; namely choosing platform components and assembling application and runtime architecture Hands on experience with Cloud Native platforms (e.g.

RedHat OpenShift, VMWare TANZU) and containerizing legacy applications in the public cloud; native or 3rd party container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with micro-service and event driven architectures, constituent technologies and patterns.

Proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.

Should have a Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.

Acute awareness in leveraging Innovation & Capability Growth.

This is indicative Job requirements, looking for an integration Leader role with focus on mule and other technologies.

Additional Preferred Experience: Experience with microservices/serverless frameworks, architectures, and patterns.

Hands on experience with microservices development and design with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java Spring boot, NodeJS, ReactJs etc.).

Experience with writing Infrastructure as Code for the public cloud (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, AWS CloudFormation, etc.).

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

They analyze and evaluate existing Business Technology capabilities (
– organization, project management, service management and resources management).

They define Business and IT objectives and identify gaps.

They are responsible for the success of the transformation by designing the appropriate transformation roadmap and leading the execution of it.

They also carry out skills coaching and consulting.

IT Transformation Managers understand the financial implications of their proposals.

Their plans must increase the productivity and quality of the complete IT landscape and life cycle by using client standards and procedures, control and quality management, rationalization and automation.

They use industry standards and best-practices including a feasibility check and necessary adaptations for the client.

Required Skills and Experience: In a program or project the IT Transformation Director provides leadership that covers all aspects of transformation management.

They measures and evaluates the impact of client ambition and capability, interdependencies, technology, business change, program/project design, approach and methods as well as the IT-architecture.

The IT Transformation Director is able to audit, optimize and transform programs and projects to align to the client business ambition whilst designing a coherent and risk balanced transformation roadmap to the realization of that ambition through IT enabled initiatives.
