Join our Team As the Director of Operations for the Pharmacy Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting and growing our customer base of over 6,300 pharmacies.

You will lead and support a national Operation’s team and drive key strategic deployment and implementation programs aimed at improving the customer onboarding experience.

You will be responsible to ensure operational efficiencies on business costs and transform our traditional on-site delivery model to a virtual experience.

You will join the executive Pharmacy leadership team and help design and deliver on our key strategic growth initiatives Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together Join a team that is transforming healthcare by delivering connected solutions and services that empower pharmacists to increase their operational efficiencies and enhance patient engagement and create better health outcomes Here’s how Lead and manage the day to day operations for Pharmacy Oversee and lead the team providing coaching, development and mentorship in day to day activities and responsibilities of the team and provides on-going support and guidance to the team as necessary Performance management responsibilities including motivating leaders to achieve objectives, conducting performance appraisals for managers Establish a positive, healthy and safe work and travel environment Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to implement a new digitally enabled virtual onboarding experience Develop and report on key monthly KPI’s Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity Continuous evaluation and review of all operational processes and procedures to identify and recommend improvements Maintain ‘best in class’ implementation and deployment client services, ensuring the TELUS Health standard of service is consistently delivered by monitoring service calls, onboarding on new stores and conversions Support the sales team in client pursuits and ongoing account management Support the procurement team in annual cozy saving initiatives Foster an enthusiastic and positive culture within all the clinics while ensuring that all employees are treated respectfully and given the opportunity to succeed Protect health information and privacy and ensure team has updated information and training on TELUS Health Policies Support the vision, mission, values and strategic objectives of the company through open and transparent communications You’re the missing piece of the puzzle Post-secondary diploma / certification, University degree 7-10 years of progressive management experience (relevant experience in pharmacy or healthcare) Experience in creating financial budgets and managing to achieve results Be an exceptional communicator with a strong ability to impact and influence people Be organized and detail oriented Be proactive – a self-starter; someone that can figure out a solution when one doesn’t immediately present itself Have experience implementing best practices in operations Set the highest ethical standards for yourself and others to ensure that we develop best-in-class Center of Medical Excellence Great-to-haves 5 years Pharmacy/Healthcare business experience SQL and data conversion experience 5 years’ experience leading a national Ops team Who is TELUS?
