Key will be leading new business development and strategic account activities that enable scalable growth and portfolio diversification.
The Digital Transformation Director’s efforts will focus on financial services digital transformation, change management, business process optimization, project management, data governance, business intelligence, and data integration.
He/She will source, lead and deliver against technical transformation projects, will have full P&L responsibility, and will influence and shape Axxiome’s business strategy, product roadmap, and data practice expansion.
Key Account Management Influence Axxiome banking business strategy and product roadmap Source, lead and deliver against technical transformation projects (expectation is 60% delivery, 40% business development) Responsible for profit & loss management, revenue targets, profit center and project success Project planning & management (resources, timelines, budgets, milestones) Business consulting in banking and financial services industries (digital transformation, change management, process optimization, project management, business intelligence, data governance, etc.) Keep current with trends in financial services, technology, competitive intelligence, etc.
Individual contributor (initially) that leads cross-border client consulting or delivery teams Actively participate in recruiting high caliber resources, employee onboarding and integration, assignment of goals and objectives, and overall performance management Requirements Master’s degree in finance and/or Business Administration and proven success selling technology products and consulting projects in financial services (ex.
banking, credit unions, insurance, etc.) 15 years of industry experience in the United States or Canada 10 years of digital banking architecture and project experience as project or program manager Digital banking process & subject matter expert (SME) Strong understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques Demonstrated success at developing net new revenue streams and deepening existing portfolios Proven success sourcing and solving complex digital transformation challenges (ex.
