Job Posting Director of Business Transformation Reports To: VP of Business Transformation Location: Based at Queensway office with required travel (avg 40%) to other Canadian locations Wonderbrands, is a leading North American bakery with 140 years of experience in baking packaged breads.

The Director of Business Transformation role is a great opportunity for an individual that wants to be part of designing, developing and implementing sustainable changes.

These changes will fundamentally change the way our business operates across our network 15Bakeries and DCs and a large Independent Distributor Network spread geographically across Canada, in a highly unionized environment.

The role involves being curious and asking lots of questions as your seek to understand the true root cause of business problems and expected obstacles that key stakeholders will have with the change.

It is important that you are able to work with and engage a wide breadth of stakeholders across many functional teams, and at all levels of the organization.

This roles requires someone that likes to untangle a ball of yarn and then use it to knit something beautiful that is incredibly useful and fits perfectly You will be responsible for embedding sustainable change across select high priority business projects across all areas of our business including sales, supply chain, transportation and manufacturing.

These changes are all aligned with our vision of bringing affordable bread to all Canadians.

Position Responsibilities: Lead business priority large scale change initiatives through to post implementation, until we are confident it is entrenched as a new way of working and the metrics prove that it is as such Work with business stakeholders/SMEs (e.g., Warehouse, Supply Chain) to understand the solution (How difficult is the change to implement?

Who will be impacted the most/the least?

What’s in it for those that have change?

What objections will they likely have?, etc.) Design, develop and implement change management plans that will get us from solution design to entrenched and sustainable new ways of working (identify key roles of the different stakeholders; e.g., IT, functional team, impacted team members, and how we will drive the behavior change, etc.) Understand all details of the change, be able to simply articulate key process, system and job changes, and anticipate and mitigate key obstacles to these changes that our team members will likely experience Work with key leaders driving the change at the front line to ensure they understand the benefits and leverage them as champions/sponsors of the change (and address where we aren’t getting the right leadership support) Work directly with leadership and front line team members to implement and sustain behavior change Leverage influence (without authority) to build trust and work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams (i.e.

Supply Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Sales teams) to implement change that surpasses expectations Take a desired business outcome and solution design to create a logical work back structure (project work plan) with activities and timelines Understand work activities and create process flows using PPT or Visio to visualize gaps, redundancies, inefficiencies, etc.

Analyze, understand and draw business insights from large and complex data sets (including running pivots and complex analysis in Excel, Pareto analysis, etc.) Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops focused on process definition, stakeholder business alignment or team member engagement around the change Required Skills and Experience: Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business related fields 7 years of business consulting experience in changing management / driving organizational change (note: external) 9 years of general business experience (note: internal) Consulting experience preferred – specifically experience leading cross functional team to deploy scalable solutions in complex and geographically dispersed locations Ability to travel (on average 30-40%) Strong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to analyze large data sets, run pivots, etc.) and Microsoft PowerPoint skills (ability to convey key messages through a short and simple story) SAP knowledge is an asset Strong planning, project management skills Excellent communication and proficiency, both written and verbal skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience handling multiple and changing deadlines, working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, highly self-motivated and goal-orientated
