Working as part of the broader team, this role will focus primarily on the area of Global Tax & Legal, while also taking on other cross-functional projects.

Role Summary As part of KPMG’s commitment to taking a digital first approach, there is a greater focus on the Global Tax Marketing team on creating differentiating digital experiences across digital platforms and social media channels.

This role will require proficient project management skills, creative thinking and problem solving, expertise in digital marketing best practices and program management, and the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail, the ability to provide a high level of service and build strong relationships are all important skills for this role.

Based in Toronto, the role of the Global Tax & Legal Digital Marketing Manager will include: Project manage the delivery of Global Tax & Legal digital marketing initiatives that can be leveraged across KPMG member firms globally.

This includes kpmg.com websites, mobile sites and applications, analytics and standards monitoring tools, social media tools and event management systems, webcast delivery; all leveraging a single content management system Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in developing project assets as required, including project plans and status reporting, vendor SOWs, monthly and quarterly reporting and roadmaps for KPMG-owned digital assets within Global Tax & Legal Work with other internal stakeholders, including Global Tax leadership, Global Tax Marketing & Communications teams, Global Tax Collaboration & Knowledge; member firm digital team leads, Global IT and Global Procurement, and external vendors/providers in the delivery of projects, maintaining and building excellent and collaborative working relationships Ensure adherence to appropriate standards and policies and contributing to the development of new standards of documentation as well as projects and products with our Global Digital Marketing approach Support Global Tax & Legal and the Global Digital Marketing team in the successful launch of products and transition to an operational state for global adoption by country member firms Work with stakeholders across jurisdictions and a range of digital projects What you will do Key Accountabilities Responsible for the successful delivery and reporting & optimization of digital marketing projects as part of the Global Tax & Legal Marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered to the agreed time, cost and quality and responsible for addressing issues with providers where these are not met Working alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to develop, deliver, optimize and report on social marketing plans (paid and organic) Brings forward creative ideas for leveraging digital marketing channels and best practices in ways that support the overall goals for Global Tax & Legal Marketing initiatives, providing regular status updates to team leadership, program manager, and other stakeholders as required Supports the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in developing SOWs with external vendors and providers as required by different projects with the program manager, ensuring projects are carried out according to all IT, Risk, and Digital standards and that all required signoffs from all stakeholders are achieved Works with primary stakeholders such as Global Tax Marketing & Communications teams; Global Tax Service Lines and Global Digital Marketing team to help drive best practices in digital projects and to support connectivity, collaboration and collective impact across digital channels and project Supports successful launches and helps support member firm adoption, as appropriate and defines and monitors success of digital initiatives against KPIs What you bring to the role Technical Skills & Qualifications Relevant university undergraduate degree or college diploma Project management certification would be an asset Experience & Knowledge A digital, marketing or communications professional with at least four years of business experience with a minimum of two years in a digital role Experience in collaborating with senior management Ability to embrace process, digital and technical aspects of production Strong digital experience and reporting abilities Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders Experience collaborating with virtual teams and global expertise would be an asset Strong project management ability and client service skills Solid marketing skills across a wide range of traditional and digital channels Attention to detail is a must Embraces change and enjoys the challenge of creating his/her own imprint Flexible and able to operate in the context of very different cultures and national approaches Willingness to work flexible hours as required
