Client Success Manager


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted October 14, 2018.

Our Client Success Managers are the heartbeat of our organization who develop trusted advisor relationships with medical practices across the United States.

After the sales and implementation processes are complete, clients are connected with their CSM.

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will work with Practices to improve business benefits of our solution and drive client engagement, retention and overall happiness.

Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key partners within assigned client organizations.

Drive revenue retention through successful use of Phreesia solutions Enthusiastically engage Clients to support the adoption and usage of Phreesia, ensuring maximum business benefits.

Continually assess, document, and analyze client gains in efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify additional revenue opportunities within account(s).

Identify, track, and resolve all issues and risks associated with the delivery of client contracts Act as both the SME and product Super User for your existing Client base Grow Clients’ depth of understanding by providing training and/or mentoring on new and current features Engage with the Phreesia Implementation team to understand Client goals and ensure quality of product configuration for Clients in the implementation process Work with Product Management to identify and drive improvements in product offerings, processes, systems and tools Input and maintain the Phreesia CRM with up to date communications, conversations and correspondence with physicians and their personnel Qualifications: 4 year University degree required Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, professional services or account management roles, ideally in technology industries.

Shown ability to grow Client engagement and adoption of technology products/solutions Previous experience acting as a SME for your Clients, helping to increase usage and adoption, take on problems and find opportunities to maximize business benefits.

Strong communication, social and relationship building skills.
