The TotalRewards Manager will play a critical role in building and growing our Benefits and Wellness programs across multiple business platforms in Canada and enhancing the employee experience.

If so, we’d love to speak with you!You have at least 5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced HR department, responsible for benefits programs, wellness initiatives, pension administration and disability management.

You have an advanced understanding of benefits and pension administration practices in Canada and experience working with employees at all levels of an organization.

You have excellent written and oral communication in both English and French.

You’re always ready to take on a challenge, get creative and think outside the box to find the best approach.Primary Responsibilities: Oversee Canadian benefit and pension programs, with a focus on wellness and exceptional employee experience; Keep apprised of current market trends and best practices; Responsible fordesign and development of benefit/pension policies and plans; Recommend, plan, coordinate, and execute wellness initiatives.Manage outsourced programs and vendor relationships; Partner with HRBusiness Partners and Business Leaders across multiple business platforms; Oversee management of leave programs: STD, LTD, Parental leaves, Worker’s Comp and return-to-work; Support organization’s growth strategy in the context of acquisitions.*This is currently a hybrid opportunity, however, we continue to evaluate our ideal balance going forward.
