As a Telephone Sales Specialist, your responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from new and established TD Canada Trust customers and sell Balance Protection Insurance and other TD Canada Trust products and services to meet the customer’s needs. You will meet formalized objectives for sales, productivity and quality. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will identify and act upon all sales opportunities, and refer clients to other appropriate business units within TD Canada Trust. You will receive extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role. Job Requirements

You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales. You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions. Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. Candidates must be enthusiastic team players and willing to work non-fixed shifts Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8 p.m. and Statutory Holidays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additional Information

Training Times: 10 days in class 8:00am-4:00pm and 20 days nesting (flexibility required) 6 weeks in total.

Part time hours: Minimum 22.5 hours per week up to 37.5. Inclusiveness
