Job Description

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is required for our client in the Gloucester area of Ottawa.

This role is meant for an individual who has a strong recruiting background and is able to staff an array of different skill sets.

The ideal candidate will be fluently bilingual in both English and French, is someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys building a successful team with the help of intelligent and supportive leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a full cycle recruiting process.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including modern tools, external networks, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, complete reference checks, and make salary recommendations.
  • Help create a positive on-boarding experience.
  • You will also be involved in the collaboration and development of the corporate HR strategies

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English (Written & Oral).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in related field.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is considered an asset.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
