THE ROLE
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Child Care Primary Office, the Program Manager will have a varied portfolio. You will actively participate in the various stages of strategy, policy and program development, implementation and evaluation. You will develop and maintain partnerships, and organize and facilitate virtual and in-person events, working groups and communities of practice. You will conduct qualitative child care research projects.
You will have the opportunity to expand your skills and share your passions with a dynamic team and an expanded network of partners.
You must be comfortable working at a fast pace environment and adapting to a constantly changing work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Social Work, Community Development or a related field.
AND
Several years of experience in social research, program and community development in the not-for-profit/volunteer sector, or a related field.
Experience

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English or French Essential, Bilingual an asset.
