Account Manager (Ottawa)


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted April 30, 2018.

Sani Marc’s Pool and Spa Division is a recognized leader in cold and hot water treatment products and solutions for the Canadian pool and spa industry.

We provide a wide range of unique designs and technologies as well as conventional products to our network of specialized retailers. Our innovative products are designed to make treating recreational water easier and to ensure optimal water quality for consumers.

Tasks :

Under the supervision of the division’s Ontario Sales Manager, the Account Manager performs the following tasks: Identifies and solicits potential customers to build his or her customer baseIdentifies and evaluates the needs and ressources of customers, and recommends the appropriate goods Promotes the company’s various products and equipment to customers Communicates with customers post-sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support Offers individual training and seminars to customers Provides technical assistance to customers Evaluates and establishes sales conditions, warranties and delivery datesSends orders, pricing and customer requirements to sales staff

Requirements :

College diploma in administration, with an option in marketing or chemistry, or any other relevant experienceBaccalauréat is an assetVehicule requiredBilingualismExperience in sales Organizational skills Good time management Customer-oriented Ability to persuade and influence Autonomous and responsible Ability to adapt

Working Conditions :

Permanent position; eligibility to the Company’s group insurance plan after three(3) months of continuous service and to the pension plan after one (1) year of continuous service.
