This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted September 6, 2020.

Salary(Grade:09) Hiring salary range $61714-$77,956 Position Purpose Is responsible for the planning and delivery of all educational programs offered by the Office of International and Global Health Office (IGHO), including overseeing all educational activities related to the Ottawa-Shanghai Joint School of Medicine (OSJSM) and planning, coordinating and monitoring the quality control processes for educational programs offered to international visiting professors delivered locally, outside Canada or remotely.

Essential Qualifications University degree or college diploma in administration or educationThree to five years’ work experience in an educational or medical environmentDemonstrated effective project coordination and organizational skillsAbility to exercise good judgement, prioritize work and perform well under pressureExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAbility to effectively deal with a diverse group of individualsSensitivity to cultural, social and political issuesProficiency with MS Office and WindowsExperience in a liaison role in an international context considered an assetSolid working knowledge of project management platforms and the University of Ottawa or similar student enrollment system considered an assetBilingualism French and English (spoken and written) Key Competencies Key competencies required at the University of Ottawa:Planning: Organize in time a series of actions or events in order to achieve an objective or a project.
