As a result our people get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Who are you?You are an experienced Project Controls Consultant with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in Project Controls within a Real Estate project looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment and looking to join a growing and dynamic teamJob DescriptionThe Project Controls Consultant reports to a Project Controls Manager or a Project Controls functional lead manager and is responsible for delivery of Project Controls activities associated with the reporting, assessment, analysis, change management for design, construction and commissioning of the project.The Project Controls Consultant liaises directly with the Project team or functional teams to deliver a scope of work within safety, quality, time and cost constraints.

This position supports the development of an overall integrated plan and budget for the project and to establish effective and fully transparent reporting and controls across the whole project.ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for monitoring and analysing process and performance of contracts; andResponsiblefor monitoring, updating and reporting of the baseline budget and schedule for their respective area /scope of work.Responsible for managing changes and trends within a project or within the core function.Responsible for visibility, accuracy and transparency of the project critical path; Provide interface, direction and coordination across a specific area / scope of work within the project – close working relationship with the Project Controls ManagerFocal point for control of work against schedule and definition of project progress for a specific area / scope of work – directly inform the Project Control of decisions relative to re-allocation of resources and scheduling of activities; QualificationsRelevant experience (minimum of 3 years) on major capital projects and programmes in a similar Project Controls role, ideally within the Real Property sector; Chartered status or professionally qualified or equivalent desirable; Experience of shaping and developing strategic changes through management of large projects; Systems & ToolsThe Project Controls Analyst will have a working knowledge of the systems and toolset stated below:Industry recognised Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Reporting)Primavera P6 (Planning)Ecosys (Cost)SAP (Financial)ARM (Risk)Acumen Fuse (Risk)Trend Change Register (TCR) (Change Control) Documentum (Document Control)Integrated Management System (IMS)Other Required AttributesGood presentation, influencing and facilitation skills; Strong numerical and analytical skills; High proficiency in Excel and overall MS Office package; Working knowledge of French language an advantage; Additional InformationTurner & Townsend is a leading independent professional services company specializing in program management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.
