To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com Job Description What you’ll be doing As a member of the Client account Management Business Integration team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking operations / Collections environment where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.

As a Sr Analyst, you’ll foster key relationships with your internal clients, understand their Business reporting requirements, and provide informative and tailored Business Intelligence service.

To help deliver an outstanding client experience, you should be flexible to work at multiple initiatives.

How you’ll succeed Cor e responsibility
– You will be responsible for creating dashboards and providing business commentary on crucial management reports, enabling data-driven recommendations and Insights to find anomalies and data patterns useful for management and encouraging your clients to make data-driven decisions Relationship Building
– You will frequently liaise with other departments to establish collaborative relationships, provide expertise, and communicate your analysis and results.

Leveraging technology
– Always try and learn new tools that will enable faster and more accurate turnaround, share your knowledge with other colleagues to manage our Automation needs.

You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information.

You’re confident in your ability to communicate detailed information impactfully through business insights, commentary and presentations.

You have a keen interest in Storytelling and Interpreting Data for business leaders and provide commentary with insights on key trends and pointing out anomalies and outliers.

You are focused and keen to provide business insights on highlights and where should we focus.

You can demonstrate experience in working with SAS (Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner) and Microsoft office suite.

You demonstrate hands-on experience in using visualization software’s such as Microsoft Power Bi & Tableau and creating self-serve dashboards.

It’s a merit if you have experience in working with Microsoft Power Automate or Alteryx.

You have a keen interest in developing your Advance analytics skillsets such as Time-series Forecasting, Regressing analysis and Classification methodologies.

You notice things that others don’t.
