As part of this newly formed team, the Senior Workforce Analyst is primarily responsible for the maintenance of capacity models and aligning staffing levels, workflows, and work volumes within National Claims This role will assist with the maintenance of staffing models and long-term capacity planning.

This role will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and claim volume, escalating upcoming issues in staffing, claim forecasting, and recommending effective service delivery tactics.

What can you expect in this role?

Creates and optimizes capacity models using key inputs such as demand forecast, productivity, headcount, shrinkage, and other validated assumptions Supports the creation and maintenance of daily staff schedules to optimize to client demand in the day and for future weeks Regularly reviews the accuracy of the weekly and daily models and executes on continuous improvement opportunities Acts as first point of contact for disruptive business events and the co-ordination of mitigating activities Provides guidance on capacity resource requirements and acts as consultant on projects where demand forecasting is required Use visualization tools to report on the capacity model results to drive clear action What do you bring to the role?

University degree (MSc./BSc.) or college diploma in a related discipline (Mathematics, Statistics) Minimum of 3 years within in workforce optimization Experience with WFM tools
– NICE IEX preferred.

Proven expertise with Tableau or other equivalent data visualization software.

Experience with collaboration and documentation platforms like OneNote, Confluence) Advanced proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint skills for case development and presentation Prior success working within a fast-paced evolving environment Adaptable, able to switch gears when the environment or services call for a change We also take potential into consideration.
