Join our team The Mobility Process & Performance Excellence team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is ambitious, likes working with numbers, constantly innovates and drives positive change, and most importantly, is capable of helping to deliver amazing business results which translates into an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role you will be supported by a Manager of Business Analysis on the Mobility Process & Performance Excellence team.

You will also get to work directly with our CE Vice Presidents, CE Directors, our amazing analysts, strategy managers, and business analysis managers collaborating strongly cross-functionally within numerous business partners and enablement teams.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together We are looking for a team member who is passionate about Insights & analytics and is always looking for opportunities to enhance our customer and team member experience while championing operational efficiencies.

You will be responsible for working with all key operations partners via governance and support of multi-functional teams to hypothesize and perform data analysis to enable business problem resolution Here’s how You are passionate about data and visualizing for technical and non technical stakeholders
– driving creation of contact centre dashboards through standardization and expansion of Tableau, Domo and other reporting and visualization tools You will identify and analyze the root causes of performance breakdowns or inefficiencies and recommend solutions You will translate data into business requirements and share insights through visualization tools such as Tableau Manipulating data to identify issues and opportunities Working with data sources to identify opportunities and resolve issues Locate, interpret, and integrate new sources of standard and nonstandard data to support ad-hoc analysis Write SQL and SAS scripts for automated data extraction and reporting You build effective working relationships with internal/external partners You’re the missing piece of the puzzle Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies Know for your communication skills to articulate ideas that involve interpretation, analysis and assessment You have experience in building business cases You have a passion for excellence, a strong work ethic and are solutions-oriented You have knowledge of call center operations and industry standard call centre performance metrics You are experienced in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo etc You have proven success in highly effective data presentation Advanced MS Excel skills Advanced data manipulation & presentation skills (experience with SQL, Oracle and data mining tools, Tableau, Alteryx) Ability to build Tableau dashboards to present data or enable frontline leaders with quickwin tools using visualization software Great-to-haves University degree and/or 5 years equivalent combination of experience and education Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or training and relevant experience is an asset Google analytics Great project management skills Who is TELUS?
