Title: Desktop SpecialistContract Length: 12 months Location: Ottawa Remote to start but onsite in the futureClearance – Must have Enhanced Reliability ScopeOur Client is looking for someone to do Windows deployment with SCCM on a yearlong contract.
Responsibilities:Analysis, design, and implementation services with support of team for Windows endpoint services.Assist technical product owner to scope, design, implement and oversee delivery team for specific Windows desktop services projects.Examples of work the successful candidate will lead are CITRIX upgrade, PAM for desktops, Office upgrades, Teams evolution.Skills and ExperiencesSkills Required:Active Directory GPO – Design/Manage/MaintainDesktop Deployment technologies (SCCM/Intune)M365 products – specifically Skype/Team/Exchange OnlineNice to have:Advanced Desktop Troubleshooting Skills (Registry/Event Log/Network)Ability to understand a problem, document, propose solutions and implementEffective negotiating and communications skills
