We’re looking for a roll-up your sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a full-time Operations Associate in Ottawa, ON. The right candidate will be able to build solid relationships with our customers, deliver products on a designated route, troubleshoot and fix equipment and contribute to a strong employee culture. OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE DESCRIPTION Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate I is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location. RESPONSIBILITIES Basic machine repair and technical cleaning in key accounts Stock taking and replenishment at key accounts Delivery of products Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading; Replace vacation and absences in delivery, warehouse and service department; Perform other duties as assigned including housekeeping of common areas; packing, moving and setting up of cabinets, equipment, etc.; Provide assistance as needed to the operations team. This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED) preferred; Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract. COMPETENCIES Basic computer skills; Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
