For our production site in Laval we are currently looking for reinforcements.

HEAD OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT M/F/D RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of F.

LIST CANADA’s facilities, equipment, infrastructure and key assets (e.g.

cars andhousing properties) Project management for the acquisition of machines and equipment in production and the expansion into new sites Budget responsibility, recurring maintenance costs, investment and resource planning Elicitation and implementation of improvement and cost reduction potentials Ensure compliance to F.

LIST CANADA’s maintenance program and procedures Ensure legal and statutory requirements such as fire protection, waste, environmental technology and occupational safety Management of car and housing acquisition, assignment/utilization and maintenance according to business needs Technical and disciplinary leadership of the maintenance team (including IT) QUALIFICATIONS Relevant completed technical education Many years of professional and management experience in a comparable position Familiarity with machinery and infrastructure (including IT), enough to manage direct reports or manage external suppliers Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working Decision-making skills and strong communication skills Very good command of English and French Ability to travel within the Greater Montreal region, international travel is an asset OFFER Employees of F/LIST CANADA profit from an attractive salary package depending on your capabilities and experience,flexible working hours and more attractive benefits.
