This includes endpoint engineering and service delivery for all EUS platforms/services on premise and cloud.

The EUS Engineer shall also be responsible for defining standard operating designs as well as troubleshooting and providing subject matter expertise on issues escalated by the desktop team and engaging in root cause analysis in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

The person will be self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

This role is generally following standard office hours with a degree of flexibility being required.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the administration of all EUS management platforms including deployments, imaging task sequences, and client policies on tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) & Tanium;Responsible for system administration and support for all EUS solutions such as Ring Central, Box, O365, Service-Now and Jira ServiceDesk;On-site and/or remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, along with recommending and implementation of corrective solutions;Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end-user systems, phones, and related hardware and software to meet company SLAs;Light system administration tasks in Microsoft Active Directory;Communicate application problems and issues to management, development teams and end users;Create documentation on EUS tools and processes for wider team to follow and ability to provide training session for KT/Knowledge Transfer purposes.Requirements:In depth knowledge of PC and laptop hardware components (external and internal);Prior experience in site wide deployment architectures and processes to provide seamless management of employee endpoints and other devices;4+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting operating systems (Win 7/10), Microsoft Office, and other software;In depth knowledge of Win7 and Win10; ability to define/manage GPO’s, Powershell used to manage/deploy packages, registry experience and skills required;Experience using remote tools to support remote end users and systems;Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills;Quick learner, can understand and apply existing and new technologies;Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment;Excellent communication and customer service a must.Desirable Extra Experience:Good knowledge of Tanium or similar OS deployment tools;Good knowledge of Remote Meeting and Video Conferencing tools;Good understanding of IT network and server technologies;Good knowledge of ITIL and familiar with Help Desk Software.
