Customer performance Coordinator

This is a Part-time position in Ottawa, ON posted November 23, 2021.

The challenge we are offering you: The customer performance coordinator monitors product performance by project in order to meet contractual performance requirements.

It complements the failure analyzes initiated by customer service technicians by identifying the causal analysis and the associated corrective actions.

He works closely with Customer Service, as well as the design team according to the appropriate specialty and manufacture.

Through its improvement actions, it helps ensure the good performance of projects under development.

More specifically, you will have to: Initiate and manage the causal analysis and the resolution of customer problems by coordinating the designated team, by drafting the written communication to the customer relating to this problem, and by participating in customer meetings on this subject; Be the customer contact point for the analysis of our performance by participating in periodic customer meetings on our performance after delivery.

If necessary, you will have to write and communicate our analysis of their journal; Monitor the reliability of products according to contractual requirements and initiate preventive actions to limit their progress; Provide support to customer service technicians in their investigation; Provide recommendations at the start of the development of new products / contracts following the analysis of experience feedback, according to our performance; Contribute to the improvement of product reliability management tools; Participate in software qualifications (QA witness, if necessary); Participate in internal audits on processes.

If, personally, you are: An analytic Autonomous Structured (rigor, sense of organization) A good communicator both with the client and from a work team management point of view; A person who finds it easy to collaborate and work with people of different specialties And that professionally, you have: A Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, physics or other similar discipline 2-3 years of significant experience A good knowledge of Excel And that you know: 8D report (Ishikawa, Fishbone, problem solving technique) The ISO 9001: 2015 standard (an asset) IPC-A-610 (an asset) This position is for you and we can’t wait to meet you
