Client Success Specialist


This is a Contract position in Ottawa, ON posted April 30, 2021.

Aon is looking for a Client Success Specialist As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon’s Personal Lines business in Ontario .

As a Client Service Specialist, you will work closely with assigned Account Executives and other colleagues to ensure exceptional service for Aon clients.

Your impact as a Client Success Specialist Job Responsibilities: Resolve basic inquiries associated with all aspects of Aon Client Services (ACS) service delivery and refer more complex inquiries to senior team members.

Identify and retrieve relevant compliance documentation necessary to process renewals, invoices, and any other ACS deliverables.

Perform necessary activities to support sales & broking teams in initiating a renewal, processing an invoice, issuing auto IDs, issuing renewal and urgent certificates, initiating endorsements and processing other client requests.

Seek assistance from senior team members when confronted with unfamiliar or complex processing transactions.

Monitor and attend to requests via Polaris that require actions in a timely manner.

Organize or assist sales & broking team members with the preparation of renewal submission and proposals and assist with the delivery of relevant outputs.

Ensure system of record (Xpress) is accurate and current to ensure outputs and client deliverables will be produced according to guidelines and policy detail.

Liaise and be responsive to inquiries from outsourced provider to manage and ensure the timeliness and quality of outputs.

Upload, index or attach documents in Document Management System.

Perform pre
– renewal account review with the sales and broking team to meet client expectations related to timelines and to ensure accuracy of deliverables (certificates, invoices, endorsements, etc.).

Help colleagues troubleshoot and resolve basic client issues around ACS services.

With assistance from sales and broking, address and complete special client projects.

Participate in office and client visits where required.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Experience: Experience working in a team-oriented professional environment Proven success with building effective working relationships with diverse colleagues at various levels within an organization and with clients Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools and technologies in order to fulfill job requirements Demonstrated willingness to proactively seek assistance with complex tasks or problems Customer-centric approach in providing services, including both daily and special tasks Education: Post-secondary or Continuing Education with Insurance focus (preferred but not mandatory) or equivalent years of experience in a professional environment RIBO license achieved or in progress is preferred; non-licensed colleagues are required to achieve licensing within 12 months Related designations such as CRM or CAIB are desired but not mandatory We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
