Call centre assistant team leader


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted August 9, 2019.

Employment Permanent of Openings 1 Classification Call Centre IndustryCall Centre Call Centre Assistant Team Leader Responsibilities The Assistant Team Leader will be responsible for providing overall support for the Team Leader role in the areas of optimizing the project quotas, sample, and call backs to ensure all mandatory project goals and deadlines are met each day maintaining the schedule / attendance tracking of team members as required coaching Interviewers for success, as well as the formal training for new hires assist with the assigning of interviewers to studies to ensure study objectives are met ensures Interviewers are setting call backs correctly (time/date; quality call back information) and making call backs on time assist running productivity reports and coaches Interviewers for success providing constructive feedback regarding productivity and quality maintains quality assurance MRIA standards of 10-15% of surveys monitored ensures staff adhere to call centre rules and administering infractions as needed assists Team Leader with shift wrap-up (detailed notes on interview performance and any project issues mentioned by interviewing staff) provides project related training when necessary ensures booth check sheets are completed for all stations on each shift all other duties as assigned by the Team Leader For B2B dialing, the shift will run Monday to Friday during the day.

For residential dialing, the shift for this position will run from 230PM to 1100PM on weekdays and 1130AM to 830PM on weekends.
