Business Operations Analyst

About the role As a Quality Operations Analyst, you’ll have the following responsibilities: Create a ‘quality monitoring’ process in partnership with stakeholders from products, operations, and technology Develop and implement an operational model to continue expanding chatbot scope Analyze data sets and transcripts within product to inform forward momentum and evolution of the product Use case formulation Review utterances and recommendations to grow the vocabulary of our chatbot and refine its capabilities Collaborate with Product Management by contributing ideas and key learnings to backlog development Play a critical role in implementation, providing product management support, integration, and user acceptance testing Provide data/collaborate/build presentation decks for stakeholder updates Lead the co-creation of digital channel growth objectives and plans to drive immediate business outcomes Support our leadership team in sponsoring digital growth efforts, including strategic business planning, business case preparation, goals / OKRs, and advocating for our priorities in the broader operational team This role is open for remote candidates too.

About you You’re a fit for the role of Digital Operations Analyst if you have: Minimum of 3 years working as a business analyst or in an operational leadership role Demonstrated ability to co-create a strategy and experiences that deliver optimal CX and business outcomes, within the context of competing priorities and aggressive timelines Broad business and technical acumen, with knowledge of technology trends, digital marketing, and design-centered thinking Confident and skilled in MS Office Have a high degree of attention to detail Quick learner with strong communication (written and verbal), research, problem-solving skills, and an energetic passion dig into details; organized and focused Have a bachelor’s degree What’s in it For You?
