This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted November 16, 2017.

Our client is looking for a dynamic and outgoing Communications Professional to join their team for a 4 month contract.

Roles and Responsibilities

Outstanding written and oral communication skills.Coordinate and produce high quality communication materials (newsletters, reports)Liaise with vendors associated with material production/printingPlanning, organizing and conducting a complete writing project, including the selection of information sources.Making changes to documents as marked after review by editors.
Creating complex publications such as press releases, speeches and Memoranda to Cabinet.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience working with print or design vendors to develop creative layouts for brochures, annual reports, and other materials
Experience with managing public sector campaigns
3 years of experience
Certificate, diploma or degree in English or French or both, writing, literature, journalism or other related field from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
