Job Description excelHR Senior Research AssociateWe are looking for a Senior Research Associate to join a growing and dynamic team.The successful candidate will have the ability to lead multiple research projects and shape future research plans.

This candidate will deliver ground-breaking new research in areas such as women in leadership, gender earnings gap and work-family nexus.

As the primary researcher for Inclusion and Diversity, the successful candidate will draw on a deep understanding of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity as it relates to the workplace and extensive experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead Inclusion and Diversity research projects of varying complexity and scope, applying knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.

• Analyze and translate complex research results into clear, key messages for senior leaders and decision makers.
• Produce high quality, well written reports and research proposals.
• Develop and maintain systems to track progress of research projects and stakeholder outreach.
• Communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, research advisors, external stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings and presentations.
• Identify high-quality speakers/presenters and develop compelling meeting agendas for research dissemination events.
• Chair and facilitate advisory groups for research projects and stakeholder networking meetings.
• Actively contribute and participate in a dynamic and highly productive team environment.
• Demonstrate our core values in all interactions with colleagues, stakeholders and customers.Qualifications and Experience
• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant social science discipline.
• A minimum of six years’ experience in a professional applied research capacity.
• Extensive experience with quantitative research methodologies (complex survey analysis, multiple regression modeling, simulation and agent-based modeling, designing and analyzing longitudinal panel surveys and behavioral data analysis) and/or qualitative research methodologies.

Experience with mixed methodologies is preferred.
• Proficiency with relevant software such as Stata, EViews, R, Python, SPSS, SAS, NVivo.
• Demonstrated ability for leading complex research projects from conceptualization to dissemination of results.Education and CertificationsMinimum education required: Master’s Degree
