Sales & Operations Trainee

Our future leaders start here. As a Waterworks Sales and Operations Trainee, your development will be hands-on. You’ll learn this exciting business from the ground up.

Wolseley Waterworks (a division of Wolseley Canada) is a national leader in providing waterworks products and services to municipal, heavy construction water, and wastewater sectors. We have over 30 full-service Waterworks-dedicated branches across Canada.

What will you do:

  • Understand the overall concept of the company and specific Water Works business group, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
  • Rotate through our divisions of responsibility from Warehouse to Sales and provide quarterly feedback on your experience
  • Focus on sales process, product knowledge and related topics, aligning to our business
  • Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales

What will you bring:

Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or a
related discipline Preferred
