Project Coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted August 30, 2018.

Our Corporate client is currently looking for a Project Coordinator on a contract basis until the end of the year with the possibility of extension. The Project Coordinator will help put together dig packages, applications, schedules, coordinate construction project activities and other tasks supporting the Project Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration, schedule creation and maintenance, and coordination of project activities.

• Produce and distribute project status reports and updates to project team and other members in the organization

• Document management

• Set up and maintain project documents and ensure they are updated and readily accessible to the project team.

• Coordinate activities including meeting arrangements, teleconferences, agendas and invitations

• Work regularly with Microsoft office, particularly Excel and spreadsheets


• Experience in Project Coordination within a Construction environment is an asset

• Strong communication and organization skills are critical

• Organized with strong attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite is required (MS Project is an asset)
