We are searching for an Accounts Clerk to join our growing team Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for providing support to the Accounting Team.

The position will be responsible for aiding the accounting team and facilitating accounting activities within the dealership.Your Key Responsibilities Preliminary audit of all retail deals Admin/ accounting support for incoming and outgoing inventory Assisting with other accounting functions including AP & AR and duties and special projects on an as needed or required basis.

Ensuring validity, integrity and accuracy of input data.

Assist with journal entries.

Prepare bank deposits.

Assist with posting deals.

Daily and monthly reconciliations.

Contributing to the month end closing process.

Participating in and providing feedback regarding implementation of internal processes and procedures.

General administrative and bookkeeping duties.

Other duties as assigned.Your Capabilities and Credentials A high school diploma, or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Experience with CDK software would be considered an asset.

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word).

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with internal clients, key vendors, and employees.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task and set priorities to meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks and meeting required deadlines.

Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.

Dependable and reliable.
