What to expect when joining the team Reporting to the Director of Software Deployment, you will be in constant interaction with our client base of healthcare professionals and ensure their satisfaction and customer experience within the Petal® environment.

You will complete implementation projects of our software suite for physician groups, medical clinics or participate in the deployment of hospital offerings in Canada.

Your daily life Based out of Quebec City or Montreal, you will be led to: Develop and manage client relationships; Manage project deployment activities with clients; Manage the deployment stages of projects; Act as a consultant for the client and propose solutions adapted to their needs; Translate customer requirements and configure them in the Petal platform; Ensure the quality of the delivered product and the customer’s adoption of the solution; Provide training to customers on how to better use the platform; Work in collaboration with the various departments of the company, either at the level of technical support and development teams; Accompany customers in change management; Share with the team the experiences acquired, the difficulties encountered and the new concepts mastered; Constantly develop your technical skills in the use of the platform and the knowledge of the customer’s business environment.

The sky is the limit If you have : Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in deployment or software implementation; A highly developed analytical and synthesis mind; An innate attention to detail; A strong organizational ability and relevant experience in managing simultaneous projects; Advanced bilingualism in English and French (mandatory); An openness to change and a developed capacity to adapt; The ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, using teleconferencing tools; Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
