Intermediate Exchange Server Analyst to provide communications and messaging support

Our downtown Calgary client is seeking a Intermediate Exchange Server Analyst to provide communications and messaging support.

This is a permanent position with stock options and a great savings and benefits plan offered Must-Have Skills: 10 years’ Microsoft Exchange Administration experience 3 years’ experience working with VoIP technologies Detailed understanding of Active Directory and ancillary services Experience with VMware, NetApp storage and knowledge of networking protocols and security standards Experience and knowledge of SIP based protocol standard Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, or 2016 certification, MCSE or MCITP certification University degree or technical school diploma Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Contact Center Express, Cisco Jabber and/or WebEx, including phone provisioning, voice gateways and server support (would be an asset) Responsibilities: Provide Microsoft Exchange support for the organization including server support, mailbox maintenance, client support, PowerShell scripting, mailbox cleanup, email archiving, mobile email, and ID maintenance Guide direction for the design and integration for all Microsoft Exchange technologies Provide management and on-call support for production Exchange servers, mail sanitation, communication tools and mobile email infrastructure Report on monthly Exchange performance and capacity metrics and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) defined security standards and processes Automate routine processes and reporting for Exchange and corporate communication tools Provide configuration, troubleshooting and support of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Contact Center Express, Cisco Jabber and WebEx, including user and phone provisioning, voice gateways and server support.
