Change Management Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of a large corporate Transformation initiative from the department, the Consultant will work with branch Executives on their key business areas;A proven Business Process/Change champion with federal government experience, the client will rely on solid communications skills/strategy, executive reporting;Has worked with stakeholders to understand the impact of these potential changes and evaluate any risks involved;Evaluated the effectiveness of change management and identify the critical business benefits of the program.

Qualifications and Experience

A valid Enhanced Reliability security clearance;
Minimum 5 years of relevant government experience;
5+ years’ experience in developing change management plans and strategies;
5+ years’ experience in developing new business policies and procedures to support business changes and transformation;
5+ years’ experience in developing communication material to support business changes and transformation.
