Are you a recruitment consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and ambition?

We’re looking for a recruiter on a full-time, permanent basis in Toronto.

Full Time, Permanent Role Currently, Work From Home Hybrid workweek Some work from the office post-Covid (Downtown Toronto) some work from home 3 weeks Vacation to start Full and Comprehensive Benefits paid for by the Employer Growth Opportunities Come join the largest agency in Canada What will you be doing in this position: You’ll be in charge of sourcing tech candidates while offering and negotiating contract renewals High volume recruitment servicing the banking industry You’ll understand the importance of networking and building strong relationships, thinking outside of the box to find top notch talent and making sure our clients are always happy (attending conferences and industry events will be right up your alley).

You’ll provide ongoing advice and recommendations based on market trends and use your people skills to match clients.

What we are looking for: Someone who has resilience, drive, and passion for success.

You have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment.

You have a strong network of candidates.

MSP Recruitment would be highly preferred.

Energetic, outgoing candidates with strong communication skills in English.

Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment.
