Operational Manager


This is a Contract position in Ottawa, ON posted September 10, 2018.

Our private sector client is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a long term position. If you have over 5 years of experience managing a team, implementing projects and dealing with budgets, apply today!

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the office and staff including all human resources functions: recruiting, interviews, training, performance appraisals and team meetings;
Support office functions such as scheduling meetings, logistics, travel and accommodations; Keep policies and procedures up to date;
Communicate with other departments for special initiatives; Support the Executive Director in activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Strong English communication skills;
Strong written and verbal communications skills in French would be an asset;
Expert knowledge in the following computer software: Dropbox, Google Drive, MS Suite, Social Media Platforms;
A willingness to learn new approaches and software skills is a must.
