Our Crown Corporation Client is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team! The successful individual will have recruiting experience, staffing management on all recruitment processes in accordance to their policy and procedures. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Offering employment to applicants in both French and English, both by email and verbally over the phone;
  • Utilize sourcing strategies, develop assessment materials, conduct pre-screening, scheduling and conducting tests and interviews and, performing reference checks;
  • Strong ability to organize and multi-task;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, understand client’s needs and liaise effectively;
  • Ability to analyze risks, problem solve and communicate effectively;
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bilingual (CBCC);
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources in conducting all aspects of the staffing processes;
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience advising human resource issues to employees and senior management.

  • Minimum education required: University Degree
