We are hiring a Programs Specialist (Pharmacy Co-op), Preventative Care Pharmacy Services.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Preventative Care Strategy and Growth, the student will be responsible for supporting the Preventative Care Pharmacy Services team to enable pharmacists in providing best-in-practice preventative care services to their patients.

Duties: Develop and update national professional practice tools and resources to support Pharmacy Teams in delivering preventative care services Support planning, launch, communication, analysis and assessment of seasonal flu immunization program and other Preventative Care pharmacy campaigns, programs, and initiatives (e.g Adult Vaccinations, Travel Health, Smoking Cessation) Evaluation of Preventative Care Services in Canada and internationally to inform best practices and support strategies related to the Preventative Care Pharmacy Services portfolio Prepare reports and presentations as needed Contribute to other projects as needed Skills and Experience: Strong analytics and problem-solving ability Excellent organizational skills Currently pursuing Pharmacy degree Effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to support multiple priorities Attention to detail Must be able to complete work with minimum supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint How You’ll Succeed: At Loblaw, we seek great people to continually strengthen our culture.
