The Sales Operations Account Manager is responsible for working with leadership teams to drive sales opportunities between Deloitte and the client.

Working closely with account teams to track and monitor sales and revenue across the accounts and provide leadership to ensure that sales processes are consistently executed across the accountHelping to drive targeting efforts across the breadth of a client’s business units and functionsDeveloping strategic and tactical plans to track and monitor sales developmentAssisting the account team with qualifying, pursuing and closing opportunitiesPlaying an oversight role in the coordination of proposalsCoordinating the efforts of Deloitte’s cross-disciplinary teams during the sales processLeading the account team’s efforts to solicit and analyze win and loss feedback from key clientsManaging contracting vehicles within key accountsAdvising account teams on procurement best practiceManaging the security clearance process for account team membersAbout the team Join a group of dynamic, driven and fun individuals working together as a team to bring best practices to our clients.

The candidate will understand how to manage the sales cycle.

The candidate should have a general understanding of the professional service delivery process and will have 5+ years of experience in account management or other relevant area.You are someone with:5+ years’ experience as an account relationship and/or pursuit / procurement specialistStrong sales management knowledge and experienceStrong knowledge of the Federal government procurement processAbility to influence and lead cross-functional teamsKnowledge and experience serving clients in the Government & Public Services industryPoise, executive presence and high articulacy.
