Position Overview The Solutions Architect is responsible for the delivery of the technical deliverables in assigned engagements or projects.

The Solutions Architect works as a team member along with the Engagement Manager and the client’s project team and has the overall responsibility to drive the completion of deliverables on time and within budget.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a visionary, thought-leader, and platform evangelistEducate, guide, inspire and influence prospective customers on what is possible in ServiceNowPartner with the sales organization in the qualification of customer needs through discoveryHelp clients get excited about how a transformation can impact their businessCreate partnerships with clients and build relationshipsAdvise on business process and service management best practicesParticipate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring strategic customersDemonstrate the product, both standard and tailored, to prospects and existing customers,Scope and develop proposalsRepresent SuMO at industry events like user conferences, trade shows, analyst updates, webinars, and marketing eventsForge strong relationships within the ServiceNow organization and community to collaboratively serve the needs of current or potential clientsPull out innovations post-project for IP developmentHelp build out internal Pre-Sales best practicesJob RequirementsDeep and broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (3+ years) and the ServiceNow certifications requiredHRSD, CSM and ITBM experience is a strong asset.3+ years experience in Pre-Sales and/or experience in implementing ServiceNow and/or being the platform owner for a customerServiceNow Sys Admin certification, plus the SOLVE accreditationExperience working in a consultative environment where listening and collaboration are keyAbility to take ambiguous requirements and construct a logical approach to clientsPersuasive ability to paint a vision and inspire others to that visionStrong sense of urgency and deadline-orientationAbility to work with ambiguityIndependent worker who is accountable for owning things end-to-endExceptional presentation and articulation skillsExceptional verbal and writing skillsService Management industry experienceExperience with scoping and proposal developmentWhat’s in it for you?We’re different.
