You have post-secondary education in Computer Science or related technical discipline, combined with experience in a similar role.

The Position The Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the setup, testing, implementation, and the ongoing support for a series of defined network related products (hardware and/or software) and tools used by Payments Canada to provide IT business solutions.

The incumbent will work in various network specialties based on team requirements.

In addition, the Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst will participate in the research, identification, and evaluation of strategic products and services required for implementation of Technology Standards.

They will leverage their knowledge by providing training to other teams within the Technology division.

Education/Other Requirements Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of providing senior technical support Experience with one or more of Payments Canada’s supported technology products, tools, and/or services including routing, switching, firewalls, WAN, and LAN Experience in a product’s System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including the creation and maintenance of technical and user documentation Valid criminal records check or eligibility to obtain Government of Canada Level II Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain Payments Canada as an Employer Talent development is a priority at Payments Canada.
