Inside Sales Coordinator

Dehumidified AIR Solutions

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 10, 2019.

Dehumidified Air Solutions is the leading manufacturer of indoor pool and grow room dehumidifiers in North America. DAS is comprised of 4 unique brands, Dectron, Poolpac, Agronomic IQ and Seresco.

Seresco is looking for the right fit, who will be that candidate eager to learn everything about HVAC, inside sales environment, enjoys being in touch with customers and solving problems, likes challenges and a continuous changing environment.

The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

Sales support

  • Support RSM/Representatives on all aspects and levels of a project as:
  • Selecting, pricing, and submittal / specification documentation. Engineering and drawing details. General desing support Order processing.
  • Follow up and keep projects in database.
  • Identify projects where RSM needs to get involved to secure an order.
  • A complete and thorough understanding of what competitors offer in order to guide representatives on features of units offered in the market.
  • Training representatives Online training certification: assistance and final exam review
  • Conduct webinars.
  • Assisting in logistics and attending occasionally trade shows.
  • Assisting RSM with generation of reports to reps for performance review and general evaluation.
Rep Management Assistance
  • Representative contracts and territory management.
  • Ensure a signed contract exists for all representatives.
  • Ensure all countries for all territories are registered i a database to eliminate voids ans overlaps.
  • Marketing assistance.
  • Rep ScoreCard tracking and implementation support.
  • Assisting with CRM process development and implementation.
Order tracking and order management.
  • Monitor deliverables against contract expectations.
  • Identify issues and scheduled delivery delays.
  • Communicate potential concerns to RSMs and clients.

Strong knowledge in:

  • Psychrometrics
  • Reading project plans and schedules.
  • HVAC(not mandatory but an asset)
